- Security Awareness Training for All Seafarers

Requirements for The Issuance of COE (Certificate of Endorsement)

- Valid license (COC) All Page with online verification
- Basic Safety Training
- STSDSD or SSO
- Seaman Book with online verification & Stamping Page
- Service Letter
NOTE: – COE will be issued within 12 days with online Verification and this will be valid for 5 years.
Requirement for the issuance of GMDSS GOC/ GOC endorsement
- Application Form
- Photo
- Passport
- Medical certificate
- Valid license (Deck Officer only) / previous GOC
- General Operators Certificate for global maritime distress and safety system (GMDSS)
- Basic Safety Training
- Ship Security Officer / STSDSD
- CDC with online verification & stamping Page
PROCESSING TIME: – GMDSS-GOC will be issued within 12 day with online verification and this will be valid for 5 years.
Requirement for The issuance of basic Oil, Chemical and Gas Tanker Endorsement
- Application Form
- Photo
- Passport
- Medical certificate
- Valid Tanker Course with endorsement/COP
- Basic Safety Training
- STSDSD or SSO
- Seaman Book with online verifications & Stamping Page
- Service Letter
PROCESSING TIME: – Tanker Endorsement will be issued within 12 day with online verification and this will be valid for 5 years.
Requirement for The issuance of TASCO/CHEMCO/GASCO Endorsement

- Valid COC

PROCESSING TIME: – Advance Tanker Endorsement will be issued within 12 day with online verification and this will be valid for 5 years.
